Cancellation & Amendment Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

We understand plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a booking, please contact our dispatch team as early as possible on 020 8877 9898 or email bookings@carshaltonminicab.co.uk.

Please contact the team as soon as possible. Ask the team to confirm any cancellation terms or charges that apply to your booking.

2. Airport Journeys

Add your flight number to your booking when relevant. Airport charges and any other applicable additional charges are not included in your quoted journey fare and may be payable separately.

3. Additional Charges

Your online quote covers the journey from pickup to destination only. Confirm any other applicable charges with the team before travel.

4. Amendments

To change journey details, call 020 8877 9898 or email bookings@carshaltonminicab.co.uk with your booking reference.
